The company was originally started by Stan and Sue Fisher, who saw a need for reliable sanitation services in the local community and wanted to build a business of their own. With just one used truck and 75 toilets, they laid the groundwork for a company built on a strong work ethic.

Justine, alongside her husband Brian, became integral to this journey in November 1998 when they purchased another small company and merged the two, expanding the family business.

Today, Justine leads Sierra Sanitation with a forward-thinking vision, aiming for continued growth and ensuring the company remains a valuable asset to the community and a testament to her family’s hard work.
